Kara Lohrengel, owner and designer of KML Designs holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with an Art Emphasis from Utah State University. Following graduation in 2005, Kara moved to Las Vegas to pursue her passion for interior design. She has gained valuable experience from different design firms throughout the Vegas Valley before starting KML Designs.


KML Designs signature design philosophy comes from incorporating ones needs into a personalized and elegant interior. Creating a homes décor address the desire to produce a particular mood in which comfort and style come together. There is a certain balance of color, texture, and integrity of furniture, fabrics and collectables that is essential to personify a space into a livable area.


Kara’s passion for interior design comes from being inspired by her world travels, reading, fashion, history of design, staying updated with the latest styles, and constantly observing all of the hidden treasures around her.
